Fullsix Carbon Fuel tank Streetfighter

After three years of research and development, the introduction of FULLSIX one-piece fuel deposits marks a new generation and evolution of the processes of manufacture of carbon fiber parts.

Developed in collaboration with the Jožef Stefan Institute, Research Institute leader in Slovenia, and manufactured using the patented technology Autoclave Composite monocoque (ACM), the CDT-R (FullSix) group has developed what it was previously believed impossible: a perfect piece of hollow carbon-fibre.

This unique design resolves an important issue which deterred the pilots of the purchase of the fuel tanks of carbon fiber in the past: the two-piece fuel tank were prone to leaks by unions, making unsafe reservoirs. Unions were also ugly and made her value to the appearance of the bike.
