At carbon4us you can access our products with the following payment methods:

Credit card (without commission):

When ordering, make sure you are using a credit card. We accept the following types:

PayPal (commission 2.5%):

Paying with PayPal is fast, easy and safe. If you do not have an account yet, you can open one at www.paypal.es and in 24 hours it will be operational to pay for your order.

If you already have an account, the Cabon4us website will take you to your personal PayPal page to authorize the payment. Please note that, as with credit cards, the charge will only be made after your order has been shipped.

Wire transfer

It is a SEPA transfer from your bank to ours, so it is not possible to make a deposit into the account. You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation email.

It is possible that your bank will apply some type of commission, so you must inform yourself in advance. Please note that international transfers take 2-3 business days to be effective.

As soon as the amount arrives, we will make the shipment so it is not necessary to send proof of payment, since it does not speed up the shipping process.

Cash on delivery (Commission)

For shipments to Spain Peninsula only (please note that this form of payment is not valid in Ceuta or Melilla or the Canary Islands)

The prices of the products offered on the Web are indicated in euros (€) including the Value Added Tax (VAT).

Carbon4us, in accordance with European laws, charges VAT on all orders destined for territories belonging to the European Union, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which are exempt from VAT.

CArbon4us can refund the amount corresponding to VAT if your area is outside the European area or due to special conditions your area is exempt from VAT. In order to process this procedure successfully, you must contact our accounting department through the contact form on the web.

The additional costs of any order derived from customs procedures and tariffs will be paid by the client at destination (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, countries outside the EU ...).

Once the payment has been made, all the conditions reflected here are understood as accepted without any exception.

Offers and promotions will be expressly indicated, understanding that an excessively low price compared to other products or equal to zero is due to an error, so the final purchase process of the product containing such error will not be completed.
