The DISCACCIATI BRAKE SYSTEMS brake calipers are made using the best technologies and materials available on the market. An example of this technology are the structures brake calipers, made with full 5-axis CNC machines. The brake calipers’ shape has been developed by doing precise CAD studies, to ensure a lighter weight, a greater rigidity and an excellent heat dissipation during the breaking process. There is an 100% quality control of the clamp body, during the construction process, with tridimensional machines. The clamps are oxidized using an hard oxide treatment, which ensures the product’s longest duration.
